Our Infrastructure
We have a strong 20,000 sq feet of area with all machinery for in house production.
· Facility:
(a) We have different types of welding machines for different types of thickness and material
(b) Incoming new advanced laser welding machine upto 8mm thickness.
(c) We have a drilling and tapping capacity upto from 1 to 100mm dia
(d) We have in-house lathe machines for urgent works and have collaborated companies for CNC jobs.
(e) We have specialised automatic polishing machines for both round(upto 150 mm dia) and square pipe(upto 150x150x10mm) and 6 m length.
(f) We have specialized grooving machine for sharp edge bending of sheet and profile.
(g) We have Self transportation vehicle for supply and installation in and around Karnataka.
(h) Self equipped with rope suspended gondola for upto 30 floors with 1 tonne capacity.
(i) Self equipped with scarf folding upto 5000sqft.
(j) Self developed more than 300+ railing parts.
(k) Specialised bending machine for interior profiles , handle profiles, railing pipes.
